Route: Blanchland (car park ), Baybridge, Riddlehamhope, Carriers’ Way, Blackburn Head, Birkside Fell, Pennypie House, Blanchland.
Distance: 9.50 Miles with 900 Feet of ascent.
Description: An exhilarating & vigorous walk in one of the best walking areas in Northumberland. Following along the valley of the River Derwent & Beldon Burn to Riddlehamhope. Gradually gaining a little height up to the Carriers Way, from here we have panoramic views.
