Sunday Bus Walks – Beadnell, Northumberland

Long walk
Route: Starting from the A1 a couple of miles North of Alnwick, Rock Farm, Rock Mill, Falloden Hall, Brunton, High Newton, Coastal Path, Beadnell.
Distance: 12 miles with negligible ascent.
A mixture of field paths and lanes, passing through tiny hamlets and woodland, crossing the East Coast main line to the coastal path before returning to Beadnell.

Middle walk
Route: Starting from the A1 a couple of miles North of Alnwick, Rock South Farm, Rock, Rock Mill, Falloden Hall, Low Brunton, Newtonbarns, High Newton-by-the-Sea, English Coastal Path to Beadnell.
Distance: 10.5 miles with less than 200 ft. of ascent.
A walk of field, tracks and lanes. Some woodland walking and then the coastal path into Beadnell. Exceptionally flat.
