Longer Walk
Route: Blueback Bridge ( Bearsbridge), Monk Wood, Mount Pleasant, Far Dryburn, Mohope Burn, Fairplay, Carrier’s Way (Path), Blacklaw Cross, Blagill, River Nent, Alston.
Distance: 12 miles with 1,650 ft. of ascent
Description: An undulating walk taking in woodland, riverside paths, access land & moors. Most of the walk is on good paths & takes in some of Isaac’s Tea Trail. There are spectacular panoramic views throughout the walk.

Route: Alston, Hudgillburn Bridge, Nenthall, Grassfield, Low Houses Bridge, River Tyne Trail, Alston.
Distance: 10 miles with 1,100 ft. of ascent.

Route: Alston, War Memorial, Harbut Lodge, A Pennine Journey to Whitley Castle, Pennine Way to Lintley, Kirkhaugh Bridge, Isaac’s Tea Trail, Randalholme, Alston.
Distance: 8.75 Miles with 1,000 ft. of ascent.
Description: The walk comprises field walking, paths and tracks.
