Please meet for a 10.00 AM start to the walk from Dalden (Dawden) Tower car park, Dene Road, Seaham.
The car park is on the opposite side of the road to the tower.

Route: Dalden Tower, Dalton Bridge, West Farm, Hawthorn, New Plantation, King Charles III EC Coastal Path, Noses Point, Hazel Dene, Stony Cut Bank, Dawdon Dene, Parking.
Distance: 9 miles with 900 ft. of ascent.
Description: A very picturesque area of Co. Durham with fine panoramic views looking Westward and a wonderful seascape to the East. The beaches around this area have been transformed since the coal mining came to an end and they are top class now. If you fancy a look for yourself come along and join us, you will be most welcome.
